We have a fridge that can be installed in the home if needed. Laundry room has a washer and dryer… they do work but no guarantees on the pair. If they stop working, we do not replace… I’ve used this pair- good set. I do love the extra storage in the bonus room that is a converted single garage! Look at that wall of shelves! There’s a storage building on the property as well! 3 bed 1 1/2 bath. Rents for $1250 per month.
